As we approach Christmas and the end of 2011, I would like to thank you, on behalf of the Board of Directors and staff, for your support during 2011.
Whether through our many fundraising activities, estate bequests or the provision of voluntary services, each element of support is integral to enabling Royal Guide Dogs Tasmania to continue to ensure blind and vision impaired Tasmanians have access to the services required to improve their safety, independence and quality of life.
This has been a very successful year across all our areas of operations where we have provided more services (26% increase) for more people (20% increase), provided more hours of direct contact (47% increase) and driven more kilometres (70% increase).
Royal Guide Dogs Tasmania is very fortunate to have and retain your support and we wish you a safe Christmas and we very much look forward to working with you in 2012.
Thank you.
